update on Jim

We found out that Jim has a grade 3 tear in his MCL and also his PCL is torn. Grade 3 means it was a complete tear, but they typically don't do surgery unless there is a complication with the healing. His knee is still swollen, but he can move it a little more. It seems like months since it happened, but it'll only be 2 weeks tomorrow. He seems to be doing fine and the kids are used to him being around all the time. It's still a huge adjustment for me. I don't really have alone time since I have at least one kid with me most of the time. And I haven't been able to work like before. I really have empathy for single moms. Jim is there for support, but can't do anything else. It'll hopefully be back to normal soon for our family. I'm still thankful he wasn't hurt more than what he was.
