Pumpkin or fall recipes

Jim's famous eggs
If anyone has a good recipe to try for Thanksgiving, please let me know. I want to take something different to the family dinners. Please only simple ideas. Of course, Jim will still be bringing his deviled eggs, but I want to try a new side dish or desert.
