Our day

I wanted to share with everyone what happened today. About 1pm, I got a call from Jim's coworker. He started by saying I shouldn't worry, but Jim was in an accident. He was crawling up in the ceiling at work and fell 12 feet to the concrete floor. Luckily he landed on his feet, then fell to his knee, then butt. He did hit his head, but never lost consciousness. The guys there called 911 and he was taken by ambulance to the hospital. After all the regular tests and xrays, they found he didn't break ANYTHING! Not even a scratch. He might have a torn mcl or something in his knee. He's sore right now, but is doing good for the situation. He has a brace for his leg and crutches. Right before they discharged his, his blood pressure was elevated. So in the morning we'll go get it checked. Friday we'll go to Madison to have an MRI and some other tests done. I'm so happy nothing more serious happened. I've been so scared all day. He's a strong guy and won't let me know how he's really doing. He won't want to make me worry. I just want him to recover quickly. Please keep us in your thoughts.
