Jim is known for his deviled eggs at all pot lucks. He has a touch of OCD when making them, but it pays off in the end becasue they are so good. Payton will take over in the future because he loves helping his dad. He even knows the ingrediants that Jim uses and can tell, by taste, what's missing or what you need more of.
