I wanted to share my semi famous banana bread recipe. Be careful, I've been known to eat the entire loaf alone in 2 days. Wait, Payton has a slice, so not entirerly alone.
3 overripe bananas
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
1 egg
1/2 stick of butter-melted
chocolate chips or m&ms as much as you want
I've also used applesauce too, but I don't measure it. It makes it a little more moist.
1. preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mash bananas in large bowl. Add dry ingredients. Mix in egg and slowly add melted butter, be careful not to scramble the egg! Add in chocolate chips or m&ms. I don't measure them. Depends on the day.
2. Pour into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle more chocolate on top. Bake for 70 min or until toothpick comes out clean. When you take it out of the oven, spread the chocolate with a knife on the top for a frosting effect. Cool on a baking rack.
3. Share if you want, but it counts a a fruit serving, right, so eat all that you want!

My friend Arcelia had some ripe bananas at her house and I told her to make this recipe. It's the best BB ever!
